1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of afnojob.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law to use the Site. If you are under that age, you may only use the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. User accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• upload, post or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks;

5. User-generated content

If you post, submit or upload content to the Site, you grant afnojob.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the content you provide and that posting it does not violate any third-party rights.

All content, design, logos, text and other proprietary materials on the Site are owned or licensed by afnojob.com and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission, except as explicitly allowed by these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by afnojob.com. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, afnojob.com disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, afnojob.com and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you have paid to afnojob.com in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100) if you have paid nothing.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless afnojob.com from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that arose prior to termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, except to the extent that mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Site or by other means. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
